Jana Ray Gaston
After a 10-year tenure as a senior trainer with BPI, Jana has stepped into the CEO position and is excited to see what the next decade holds in store for the company. Early on, Jana built a successful career in marketing and advertising, followed by an era of freelance work as she raised a family. In addition to operating BPI, Jana serves as the director of the Saint Jo Public Library and develops programming, resources, and funding opportunities to support the citizens of Saint Jo. While she is known in her community as an entrepreneur and businesswoman, she is better known for her generous nature, diverse skillset, and uncompromising work ethic, all of which contribute to her vision for helping others discover their potential.
Assessment Coordinator
LeAnn Thomason, Ed.D
As a pioneer in online education and technology, Dr. Thomason is an incredible asset to the BPI team and our proprietary online training process. She serves as the assessment coordinator and will personally interact with each and every client to develop a program that will address their unique needs and concerns. Dr. Thomason's leadership as an administrator at multiple institutions of higher education makes her especially knowledgeable in navigating the ever changing communication and technology needs in our fast-paced society. With a career that spans decades as well as disciplines, Dr. Thomason provides an essential service to our company by helping create the best possible online experience for clients and their families.
Director of Marketing, Research & Development
Lauren Gaston, MBA
As a lifelong lover of knowledge and learning, Lauren is thrilled to bring that passion to developing new exercises for cognitive training. Lauren possesses a unique perspective on education as she holds degrees in both agriculture and business and worked in higher education at a regional university for nearly a decade. She is now pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with the intent to work as a registered nurse and combine her zeal for both knowledge and people with the mission of BPI. Whether it's a VOLT session or nursing clinicals, she thoroughly enjoys the "people" aspect of her jobs.
Speech Language Pathologist
Kelsey L. Murray, Ph.D., SLP-CCC
Dr. Murray is a dedicated SLP (speech language pathologist) here at BPI with seven years of experience in speech-language, cognitive, auditory, and swallowing function. She continues to enhance her knowledge and expertise through advanced degrees with a Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Masters of Education in Deaf Education (concentration on Auditory Verbal Therapy) as well as a PhD in Speech Language Pathology. Her passion lies in both children and adults being able to use speech, language, and cognition in everyday life to thrive and reach their goals. She is committed to the BPI mission, fostering team collaboration to achieve collective success.
